How to use?
Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender essential oil is widely known for its ability to promote relaxation and restful sleep, it also has a soothing and calming effect so can be great for alleviating stress and anxiety too.
Lavender can also be applied topically to the skin to aid treating eczema, scaring and other skin conditions as it has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antibacterial properties.
Sleep Well Essential Oil Blend
Our Sleep Well blend contains lavender, mandarin and sandalwood essential oils which contain properties to promote relaxation and restful sleep.
Stress Relief Essential Oil Blend
Our Stress Relief Mist contains mandarin, geranium and cinnamon essential oils which contain calming, soothing and relaxing properties which help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
Essential Oils can be used in a number of different ways:
Add 3-4 drops of oil to recommended water volume.
Add to carrier oil for direct skin application.
Add 2-3 drops to hot water, thoroughly stir your oils into the water, cover your head with a towel and lean your face over the steaming bowl (about 10 inches away). Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose for 1-2 mins, Repeat 2-4 times, as necessary.
Add 5 -10 drops to a table spoon of carrier oil and add to your bath, wait until you after you have finished filling the bath and the water has been turned off.
Add 2-3 drops to a tissue or handkerchief and inhale.
Fill a small bowl with water, add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Stir briskly, soak the cloth, wring, and apply.
