How to use?
Lemongrass essential oil is a refreshing and detoxifying oil with soothing properties that can help clear the mind and boost mental wellbeing. Lemongrass essential oil also has anti inflammatory properties so can help ease muscle aches and pains along with antibacterial and purifying properties which can be great for the skin.
Essential Oils can be used in a number of different ways:
Diffuser
Add 3-4 drops of oil to recommended water volume.
Massage Oil
Add to carrier oil for direct skin application.
Facial Steam
Add 2-3 drops to hot water, thoroughly stir your oils into the water, cover your head with a towel and lean your face over the steaming bowl (about 10 inches away). Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose for 1-2 mins, Repeat 2-4 times, as necessary.
Hot Bath
Add 5 -10 drops to a table spoon of carrier oil and add to your bath, wait until you after you have finished filling the bath and the water has been turned off.
Inhalation
Add 2-3 drops to a tissue or handkerchief and inhale.
Hot/Cold Compress
Fill a small bowl with water, add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Stir briskly, soak the cloth, wring, and apply.
