How to use?
Hot and cold therapies are a great natural pain relief and often used to treat a variety of different issues. As a general rule cold therapy is used to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling.
- Place gel bead migraine wrap in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 30 mins or chill In the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved.
- Place migraine band over the forehead ensuring the fabric side is against the skin.
- Adjust straps for a comfortable fit.
- Wear for up to 20 minutes at a time.
